Financial Analyst (New York Office)
Description:
This individual will be an integral member of the acquisition team and have important portfolio management responsibilities. Key responsibilities, among others, will include:
- Constructing financial, operating and valuation models.
- Conducting detailed industry research to support investment due diligence.
- Composing internal deal approval memoranda.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter and team player who can function in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with minimial supervision. Strong analytical background - including both finance and accounting skills-- excellent communication skills and a very high level of maturity are essential.
Operations Associate (New York Office)
Description:
This individual will be called upon to perform projects and tasks in the area of monitoring and auditing company expenses. In addition, the candidate will be called upon to coordinate operations between company departments. The successful candidate will be motivated and a proactive team player with a determination to learn and excel. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate considering a career in business. There are many excellent opportunities for advancement within the organization.
Qualifications:
A college degree, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think independently. Critical thinking ability and time management skills are vital aspects for success in this position. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related PC programs is required.
